Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in our volunteer program. Volunteers have always played a crucial role within the agency. OPTIONS Sexual Health Association was founded by volunteers and has continued to rely on them to provide direction, governance and direct support in the areas of programming and fundraising. The agency is governed by a volunteer board and committees. Volunteers bring with them energy, expertise, dedication, leadership and commitment that are an integral part of our organization.

Job descriptions below:
Board Member
- an active member of the board, including attending all board meetings.
- involved in at least one board committee during the board year
- active in policy development
- active in fundraising activities (including casinos, attending events, ticket sales etc.)
- involved in any social action/advocacy activities the board decides are necessary
- active in recruiting new board members
- must complete a police and child welfare check

Booth Representative
- represent OPTIONS at designated conferences, workshops and special events
- responsible for setting up display booth with appropriate materials and organizing handouts
- answering questions from the public regarding OPTIONS and providing information about our services
Community Outreach Worker
- works with Educators assisting with special projects
- must complete a police and child welfare check
