OPTIONS Counselling Program is a pro-choice program that provides non-judgemental, confidential support by qualified staff.

We believe people are entitled to accurate information to make confident, informed, and healthy decisions for themselves.

Each person has the right to make decisions about their sexual and reproductive health.

 All of our services are free and confidential

Pregnancy Options

• Clients are guided through a supportive decision-making process
• All three options are supported equally (adoption, abortion, and parenting)

• An opportunity to talk freely about a previous abortion

• Current information on birth control methods
• Sexually transmitted infections (STI's) and safer sex practices
